FOLLOWING a rained out weekend of action, all four Southern Branch FC sides returned to the football field on Sunday.

At South Nowra's Ison Park, the quartet of sides took on teams from North Shore Mariners FC - starting with the Ian Rankin's under 14 girls side.
Despite registering two wins and a draw coming into the National Premier League Two match, Southern Branch went down 2-nil to the visitors.

Wayne Payton's under 15s had no such troubles, grinding out a tough 1-nil win - which moves the side up into sixth on the ladder.
In the under 17s, Luke Nolan's Southern Branch side lost by the same margin (1-nil).
Finally, Brad Banks' first grade women's Southern side lost 8-nil to the Mariners - behind goals from Evelyn Chronis (three), Hannah Charak (two), Rita Boateng, Cate Gyzen and Rochelle Johnson.
Next up, all four sides will take on St George FC at Ison Park.
Sunday will kick-off at 8.30am with the under 14s, followed by the under 15s (9.55am), under 17s (11.25am) and first grade (1.05pm).
