Detectives investigating an explosion which damaged two parked cars at Nowra last year, have charged a man.

Around 9pm on Wednesday July 3, 2019, two homemade improvised explosive devices were thrown onto the windscreens of two vehicles parked in the driveway of a Nowra home.
Both vehicles sustained minor damage to the front windscreen and bonnet area.
No one was injured as a result of the explosions.
Officers from South Coast Police District and the Rescue and Bomb Disposal Unit attended and began an investigation.
A crime scene was established, and a number of items were seized for forensic examination.
Strike Force Keele - comprised of detectives from the South Coast Police District - was formed to investigate the incident.
On Friday, August 14, detectives arrested a 24-year-old man at Nowra Police Station about 7.30pm.
The man was charged with damaging property by fire/explosion and possession, supply or making of explosives.
He was refused bail and will appear before Nowra Local Court on Saturday, August 15.
Inquiries are continuing.
