Ms McGrigor, who owns a gardening business, had parked her work ute, locked, with tools, also locked, in its usual spot on Tanang Street on Tuesday night.
When she woke up the next morning, it was gone.
"I'd only just finished paying for it two weeks before," she said.
"It's just disgusting. I realise people are doing things tough but so am I.
"That truck was my whole business, now I can't work, I haven't got any insurance on it and I haven't got any money to buy another vehicle or more tools."
Anyone who spots the white Nissan 4.2 litre diesel turbo is urged to contact South Coast Police.
