The exciting round will kick-off with Batemans Bay's Brad Arthur and his Parramatta Eels hosting the Wests Tigers on Thursday at Bankwest Stadium.
The return of Mitchell Moses (calf) sees Shellharbour's Jai Field slide into the Eels' reserves - after the latter started at halfback the previous two matches.
On Friday, Gerringong's Reuben Garrick and his Sea Eagles travel north to face the Cowboys at Queensland Country Bank Stadium.
The visitors will be without Cobargo's Morgan Boyle, who is dealing with a groin complaint.
Later that night, the Broncos, featuring Moruya's Rhys Kennedy (for the first time since round eight), will take on the Storm - headlined by Bega's Dale Finucane.
This match will kick-off at 7.55pm at Suncorp Stadium.
Saturday's three-game slate will start with the Warriors battling the Roosters at Central Coast Stadium from 3pm.
Milton-Ulladulla's Jack Murchie has been named among the reserves for the hosts, while Kiama twins Josh and Brett Morris will start at centre and wing respectively for the tri-colours.
Next will see the local derby between the Sharks and Dragons at Netstrata Jubilee Stadium.
Pambula-born Jack Williams will start from the bench for the hosts, with four Group Seven products (Jackson Ford, Trent Merrin, Euan Aitken and Adam Clune) in the Red V's 17-man squad.
The final game on the Saturday schedule is Nowra-born Cody Walker and his Rabbitohs going toe-to-toe with the Raiders at GIO Stadium.
Sunday's action will kick-off with Batemans Bay's Adam O'Brien and his Knights entertaining the Bulldogs (who are without Tathra's Adam Elliott (shoulder)) at McDonald Jones Stadium.
The weekend will wrap up with Milton-Ulladulla's Justin Holbrook and his Titans clashing with the league-leading Panthers at Cbus Super Stadium.
The hosts will be without Kiama's Mitch Rein (knee) for the fixture.
