Later that night, Shellharbour's Jai Field will make his Parramatta Eels debut - filling in for the injured Mitch Moses - when the blue and golds, coached by Batemans Bay's Brad Arthur, host the Cowboys.
Saturday's action will kick-off with Milton-Ulladulla's Justin Holbrook, Kiama's Mitch Rein and their Titans battling the Sharks - headlined by Pambula-born Jack Williams.
This will be followed by the Warriors and Broncos fixture - who's squads feature Milton-Ulladulla's Jack Murchie and Moruya's Rhys Kennedy respectively.
Then on Sunday, the Sea Eagles, containing Gerringong's Reuben Garrick and Cobargo's Morgan Boyle, will go toe-to-toe with the Knights - coached by Batemans Bay's Adam O'Brien.
The round will wrap up when Tathra's Adam Elliot and his Bulldogs entertain Nowra-born Cody Walker and his Rabbitohs at Bankwest Stadium.
