This event will be an individual time trial on the Braidwood Road course, starting from Wugan Street at 8.30am.
This event will cater for club grades and for riders on both aero TT bikes and on standard road race bikes.
From there, racing will continue on a weekly basis as the NVC catches up on scheduled events including the 2020 Optus series and the club championships in time trialling, mountain climbing, road racing and criterium racing.
The annual memorial races for Jack Hartnett, George Johnson and Vic and John Jones will be held as part of the Optus series.
July 12 will feature graded criteriums on the Albatross Aviation Tech Park circuit and July 19 will see the return of the 2020 Optus Series as graded scratch races on the Braidwood Road course.
With the Run From Rona individual trials now completed, it shows that Mark Astley and Ben Wallis have been the form riders with individual efforts against the clock.
Wallis was sitting at the top of Run From Rona number, a 23 kilometre effort through Bolong, Coolangatta and Back Forest until Astley clipped almost two minutes off the standing times on Friday afternoon.
A weekend test between the Zwift riders and the local Run From Rona riders was very close with Wallis, Gavin Nethery, Dan Wells, Levi Johns, Lhyriel Smith, Jade Colligan and Tim Llewellyn all showing fitness and power as they come back to competition.
Junior rider Zara Jobson fronted up against the hard-hitting older riders and completed a 30 kilometre course after assisting another rider who punctured.
In other news, Wednesday will mark the return to racing at the Unanderra velodrome, where a number of Shoalhaven athlete train and compete - with juniors from 5-6pm and 100 lap riders from 6-8pm.
A number of the South Coast riders are also involved in the Illawarra Academy of Sport (IAS), which runs closed sessions on every Monday and Thursday evenings from 5-7.30pm.
