"Last month, detectives from the Corrective Services Investigation Unit established Strike Force Draymar to investigate reports of corrupt activity by a male Corrective Services employee," police said.
"During the course of the investigation, detectives have charged a 50-year-old man and a 32-year-old woman. They remain before the courts.
"Following further inquiries, strike force investigators executed a search warrant at a home on the Great Western Highway at Westmead about 4pm Thursday, April 23.
"During the search, officers located cannabis, 'ice', heroin, buprenorphine strips, drug paraphernalia, a replica firearm, and ammunition. These items were seized to undergo forensic examination.
"A 29-year-old woman was arrested at the property and taken to Parramatta Police Station.
"She was charged with five counts of supply prohibited drug, possess prohibited drug, participate in criminal group, possess unauthorised pistol, possess ammunition, and breach of bail."
Police allege the woman was involved in the supply of prohibited drugs to a Corrective Services NSW officer to then be passed on to an inmate at South Nowra Jail.
The Westmead woman was refused bail and will appear before Parramatta Local Court on Friday, April 24.
Investigations under Strike Force Draymar are ongoing.
