Right now, there are about 10 clean-up caravans stationed across the state, including locally at Nowra and Lake Conjola.
A great signal for local residents that the clean-up effort is coming to town.
Laing O'Rourke also has caravans currently located in Cobargo and Batlow, in addition to offices now established in Ulladulla, Batemans Bay, Nowra, Bega and Tumut.
The caravans provide a place for local contractors and Laing O'Rourke staff members to meet, hold safety briefings, share updates on their progress and discuss the upcoming work program.
Laing O'Rourke will continue to implement mitigations to limit the transmission of COVID-19 and because of this, work sites cannot welcome community members at this time.
However, if community members have any questions about the clean-up, they are urged to call 1800 007 539, email nswbushfirecleanup@laingorourke.com.au or visit https://cleanup.lnbr.com.au/.
Clean-up work is continuing at pace right across the state, with the number of properties being inspected and cleared increasing each week as more and more teams of local contractors come onboard.
