The six-year-old enters the race on the back of an impressive summer, before a brief spell.
Cuban Belle returned to racing at Kembla Grange last month and Price is confident that run will stand her in good stead this weekend.
"Cuban Belle is in career best form," Price, who also has Curata Princess in the race, said.
"She goes good on the fresh side so we gapped her runs.
"She's won in the city, she runs well at Moruya and she's weighted well.
"It will be nice to draw a good gate, give Brock (Ryan) a soft run behind the speed."
Sunday's race was already set to be unique, the Moruya Cup moved from its January date due to bushfires.
Organisers had hoped to attract a crowd of Easter holidaymakers to the South Coast town, however those plans were thwarted due to the spread of coronavirus.
Instead, the race will be run at an empty track.
Price said it will be a strange meeting, but he's thrilled the industry has been able to continue racing.
"It's very surreal at the moment," he said.
"Thank God we're still racing, it's keeping us sane.
"It's a big achievement for racing to still be going."
