If you're not vulnerable, but would rather not go to a shopping centre to get your fresh fruit and veg, a Nowra business has stepped into the breach.
Nowra Farmers Market has begun delivering grocery boxes containing fresh produce and staples like ilk, bread and eggs (subject to availability) to households from Berry to Berrara.
Spokesperson Andreas Muratidi said the store had tried to be proactive in their response to the virus.
"We were mindful that people may be asked to stay home, and we wanted to make sure everyone has access to good quality fruit and vegetables," he said.
"It took about a week to work out the nuts and bolts. It's available to anybody. People have placed orders for their elderly parents, and we've had a really positive response."
Mr Muratidi said he was not sure whether the demand for delivery would continue after the health crisis is over.
"We've thought this may be something people become accustomed to and appreciate, especially with our ageing population," he said.
"We started it because there was a need in the community. What we've seen is people are really responsive to it, so it could be a return to that way of shopping (deliveries).
"In saying that we also are still see people come into the shop - they want to have that face to face interaction with another human being."
