The $450 million project Berry to Bomaderry upgrade will provide a four-lane divided highway (two lanes in each direction) with median separation for around 10.6 kilometres on the highway between Mullers Lane, Berry and Cambewarra Road, Bomaderry.
The upgrade will improve safety, increase road capacity, improve traffic flow and deliver better and more reliable journeys on this section of the highway.
The work on the upgrade is cracking on with numerous overpasses and bridges being put in place.
It almost seems each day you drive through the work sites there are major changes.
When completed, it will be the final piece of more than 30 kilometres of highway upgraded between Gerringong and Bomaderry since 2012.
Enjoy our recent drive along the 10.6km upgrade - and you can do it all in just 25 seconds.
