Held at the C.ex Coffs International Stadium from March 11 to 14, eight Shoalhaven Nowra Touch Association representatives have been selected in their respective Suns sides.
Shoalhaven's Ben McLennan, Ruby Nicholson and Sam Watts headline Tim Robinson's over 30 mixed side, while Matthew Spresser, Jacob Lewis, Adriaan Toms, Thomas Power and Billie Fletcher are in the open men's side.

"Our over 30s mixed team is looking really strong," Watts said.
"We had a training camp last weekend to get to know one another, which we all took plenty of positives from.
"I think if we all, me included, do our jobs on the field, the team will be successful this weekend.
"I'm confident if we work together, we can give the competition a real shake."
Joining the Shoalhaven trio in the Robinson captain/coached side are Dylan Holtom, Eliza Baddock, Karen Clark, Kate Milani, Matthew Whitney, Michelle Forrell, Peter Joseph, Shannon King, Shelby Inwood and Brendan Prince.
While the rest of the open men's squad, coach by McLennen, includes Jordan Blanco, Braiden Hooper, Ted Johnston, Hemi Knebel, Jacob Lambert, Nicholas Lambert, Craig Steele and Eben Van Rensburg.
