Valued at more than $6 million, the development is on adjoining properties at 61 Kinghorne Street and 2 Lawrence Avenue.
The development is located on the western side of Kinghorne Street, approximately 50m south of the round-about intersection of Kinghorne and Worrigee streets, while the Lawrence Avenue proposal is on the eastern side of the one-way street that connects Worrigee Street in the north to Plunkett Street in the south
Worth a combined value of $6,062,020, each building, one on each property, consists of three levels of commercial premises and one level of residential units, with three units.
The properties are owned by Janack Nominees and Kingla Property, of which Bangalee man Bruce McDonald is a director of both. PDC Planners lodged the application with Shoalhaven City Council.

The Kinghorne Street development is on a 1009 square metre block and is valued at $2,401,760
There will be 110 square metres of floor space on the ground floor, 294.5 square metres of floor space on the first floor and 265.5 square metres of floor space on the second floor.
The one floor of residential units will include one two-bedroom and two three-bedroom units with floor areas of 74 square metres, 77 square metres and 95 square metres.
There will also be car parking for 20 cars.
The Lawrence Avenue development on a 1007 square metre block is valued at $3,660,260.
This building will have 323 square metres of floor space on the ground floor, 457 square metres of floor space on the first floor and 405 square metres of floor space on the second floor.
Again the residential component will be three units, but they will each be three-bedrooms with floor areas of 106 square metres, 109 square metres and 125 square metres.
This structure will also include basement car parking for 20 cars and two motorcycles.
The commercial premises by definition includes business, office and retail premises, with the ground floor is to be used as office space, with the first and second floors general commercial spaces with no specific use nominated at this stage.
Two houses on the properties have been removed to make way for the development with earthworks having started.
