But they can't do it alone.
The three-day event is bang in the middle of their busiest fundraising periods, and they're hoping for help.
"Rotary Nowra has been conducting the BBQ for this event for a number of years and is very experienced in is preparation and organisation," said Rotary Nowra president Graeme Cord.
"However, our members need physical assistance in manning the BBQs."
The event starts on Friday, February 28, and runs through Saturday, February 29 and Sunday, March 1.
The days are broken up into the following shifts for Rotarians and volunteers
Saturday, February 29: 6am-11.00am and 10.30am-3.30pm
Sunday, March 1: 6am-11.00am and 10.30am-3.30pm (including pack up)
If you can assist for one or two shifts, please contact Polly Hill on 0405 445 138 or Mark Bennie on 0428 671 143.
All monies raised by Rotary Nowra, at this and other fundraisers it organises, are dispersed to local not-for-profit humanitarian service or organisations and Rotary programs and projects for local youth.
