At the Added Area, Horton smashed 16 boundaries and 10 sixes on his way to 131, helping his team post 1/304 from their 20 overs.
In the hosts' innings, Joshua Fernie (96 not out) and Steven Midson (56 not out) both scored unbeaten half centuries - with Paul Duncan (1/42) taking Norths' only wicket.
In reply, Phillip Duncan's 86 was not enough, as Norths finished at 7/177.

At Lighthouse Oval, Bay and Basin edged Ulladulla United (7/173 to 8/88) - thanks to Nicholas Walter (61) and Mark Dhu (2/9).
