On their way to the final, Murdoch (Ulladulla), Spillane (Cambewarra) and their NSW one side defeated National Indigenous (36-14), Victoria (36-nil) and ACT (32-5) in the group stage - before edging state compatriots NSW two (27-5) in the semi-final.
In the decider, Queensland opened the scoring in the girl's match, through Maddison Levi, before NSW quickly retaliated, as Bienne Terita scored back-to-back tries - to give NSW a 10-5 lead at half-time.

But five-pointers to Faythe Manera and a second to Levi secured Queensland the four-point win - despite Terita completing her hat-trick.
Tiana Raftstrand-Smith landed two conversions for the victors in the win.
In the youth boys' competition, NSW edge Queensland 17-14 - seeing them claim their fifth straight crown.
An Australian youth boys and girls squad will now be selected ahead of the World Schools Sevens in Auckland, kicking off on December 13.
