The pair's Hockeyroos, which recently unveiled their 2020 squad, are joined by Argentina, New Zealand, Spain, China and Japan in Pool B of the women's tournament.
Paul Gaudoin's team, who are ranked second in the world, are the highest ranked team in the group, ahead of Argentina (third), New Zealand (sixth), Spain (seventh), India (ninth) and Japan (14th).
The Hockeyroos, who won their last Olympic gold in Sydney 2000, have therefore avoided Netherlands (first), Germany (fourth), reigning champions England (fifth), Ireland (eighth) and China (10th).

Tokyo 2020 will mark Commerford's first appearance at an Olympics Games while Stewart competed at the 2016 Rio tournament - in which the Hockeyroos finished sixth.
Next year's Olympic hockey competition will run from July 25 to August 7.
