Anderson, a Nowra product, will play for the International Football Group NSW girls youth side which will face IFG South Australia, Fiji South and Fiji West with the top two playing off in the final.

It will be the fifth time the 16-year-old will feature in the tournament and she said she was delighted to get another opportunity to take on some of Fiji's up-and-coming talent.

"It's a lot of fun - it's good to experience something new and I get to meet different people every year," Anderson said.

"I really enjoy getting the chance to play the Fijians as well as playing with new players and learning from new coaches.

"This year I am going to try and help the new players with the experience I have at the competition."

It event will cap off a keystone year for Anderson who transitioned from midfield to defence with the Stingrays under 17s.

She has flirted with senior football over her time with NSW Women's NPL giants and hopes to kick on in 2020.

Ultimate Fiji Soccer Cup tournament director, and newly-appointed Stingrays head coach, Bruce Tilt said week-long competition is a fantastic chance for players from Australia and New Zealand to experience the game in a different environment.

"The Ultimate Fiji Soccer Cup is an opportunity for Australian and New Zealand kids to go on the international stage and take on Fiji's best," he said.

"Beyond soccer, this is an opportunity for Australian and New Zealand kids to with Fijian locals and learn about the culture and history of Fiji.

"The Australian kids come from many diverse backgrounds from across New South Wales, Victoria and South Australia and they will learn a lot from meeting new players and discussing their own environment."

The tournament runs from Monday, December 2 and to Saturday, December 7.
