The under 18s side, coached by Mitch Calder and Jack Whitfield, will travel to Bathurst from December 16 to 19.
Joining Batemans Bay product Hall in the side are Illawarra's Sam Hobson, Hugo Ikeda, Jamie Phillipson, Blake Smith and Jayden Zahra-Smith, Highands' Blake Denney, Ryan Emmerick, Mason King, James Morton and Ben Tucker and South Coast's Kade Hotham and Jack McDonald.

The Greater Illawarra side will open their campaign with two 50-over matches against Central West and Newcastle.
They'll then play a pair of Twenty20 fixtures against Western and ACT/Southern Districts, before finishing up with a 50-over match against Riverina.
