Fresh off an opening-round win against Sussex Inlet, the Dolphins won the toss and elected to bat first.
Half-centuries from both openers, Tom Mason (73) and Liam O'Brien (50), as well as first-drop Rob Bleumink (55) set up the Dolphins for a big total.
These three knocks, as well as starts from Tom Dolby (22) and Troy Cole (21) saw the visitors reach 255 from their 39.5 overs at the crease.
With the ball, Ex-Servos skipper Gary Fuss kept his side in the contest with six wickets - with John Guscott, John Bowern and Levi Webber also taking a scalp each.
In reply, the hosts struggled from the outset and were eventually skittled for just 143 in the 29th over.
Cole was the chief destroyer with 4/39, while Michael Dolby (2/6), Darren O'Keefe (1/10) and Nathan Thorn (1/34) also bowled well.

Elsewhere at the Thompson Street Sports Complex, Sussex Inlet were too strong for Bomaderry, winning by 84 runs.
After choosing to bat first, the hosts posted 7/248 from their 40 overs.
Leading the way was opener Daniel Lea, who smashed 118 from 115 balls - a knock that included 12 boundaries and five sixes.
Skipper Lea was supported at the crease by Dave Goodwin (45) and Geoff Benning (25 not out).
With the cherry, the Tigers were led by Sebastian Jeffrey (3/54), Mathew Bell (2/37), Anthony Johnston (1/23) and Brad Ingram (1/34).
In response, the blue and golds had plenty of players make starts but none that went on with their innings.
Johnston (41) top-scored with Jack Pritchett (31), Jackson Ingram (19), Dan Roth (16), Mark Graham (13) and Greg Wellington (11) also reaching double figures.

The final game, at the Bernie Regan Sporting Complex, saw North Nowra-Cambewarra edge Batemans Bay by two wickets.
After being sent in, the Bay reached 8/168 from their 40 overs, as Lachlan Malcolm (65) and James Dickinson (52) posted half-centuries.
Daniel May (4/21) was the lone multiple wicket-taker for the hosts.
In reply, knocks from May (43), Jack Walsh (35), Paul Davidson (30) and Ben Seyffer (17) helped Norths reach their target (8/170) with 6.5 overs to spare.
With the red ball, Justin Rumble (3/28) and Lachlan Malcolm (2/35) did their best to keep the Bay in the contest.
Next round, Bomaderry host Ex-Servos, Norths entertain Sussex Inlet and the undefeated Basin travel to Batemans Bay.
