Phillip Kandarakis, 55, of Browns Mountain, north-west of North Nowra, did not enter any pleas to charges of supplying a commercial quantity of a prohibited drug, dealing with property suspected of being proceeds of crime and possessing an unauthorised firearm, when he appeared in Nowra Local Court on October 18.
Court papers said Kandarakis was arrested in Berry between 10.40pm and 11.15pm on October 3, allegedly with cocaine and $1900 cash.
He also faces charges of possessing an unauthorised firearm after police discovered a double barrel shotgun he was not authorised to have at his Browns Mountain home in January.
On Friday, Nowra Magistrate Gabriel Fleming granted Kandarakis bail on the condition two acceptable people lodge $20,000 each as surety.
Magistrate Fleming also ordered when released, Kandarakis not drink alcohol or take drugs, other than those prescribed by doctors, and be subject to random drug and alcohol testing.
He will next appear in court on December 16.
