THE South Coast Crew, captained by Kerrod White, will start their assault on this season's Regional Bash this Friday night against local rivals the Illawarra Flames.

This 50-over match at North Dalton Park, from 7pm, will mark the first match for both teams in the Thunder Conference - South Coast Pool, where the duo are grouped with the Central West Wranglers and Orana Outlaws.
Following their opener on Friday, the Crew, which features Shoalhaven's Justin Weller, will battle the Wranglers on Sunday (from 9.30am) in a Twenty20 fixture at Tom Willoughby Oval.
The final pool T20 game for the Crew, which also features Ned Taylor, Scott McAndrew, Ryan Maguire, Alex Brown, Andrew Twyford, Manning Berry, Callum Barton, Zac Jurd, Mark Ulcigrai Cade Hotham and Stu Tobin, will be later that afternoon, when they battle the Outlaws from 1.30pm, at the same venue.

The winner of this pool will reach the final four sides in the competition, which will face off at the Sydney Cricket Ground in January.
The men's Flames side contains Shoalhaven products Duncan Maddinson (Berry-Shoalhaven Heads) and Rhys Voysey (Batemans Bay), as well as Tane Nunn, Elliott Hooper (UK), Mitch Calder, Corbin Brown, Jake O'Connell, Andrew Page, Jayden Zahra-Smith, Troy Coleman, Matt Pike, Matt Cupitt and Dave Studholme - with Mitch Hearn the skipper.
Following Friday's match, the Flames will play two T20 matches at Keith Gray Oval; 9.30am vs Orana and 1.30pm vs Central West.
While the women's Flames side is also loaded with Shoalhaven juniors, with Norths sisters Lauren and Naomi Woods in the side, alongside Emma Coughlan-Ryan, Dharmini Chauhan, Kayla Burton, Ashleigh Burton, Ashleigh Yeaman, Kate Lea, Karen Ferguson, Bec Waters, Isobella Savelli and Sarah Smithies.
The Woods' Flames team will take on Orana from 6.30pm on Saturday at University Oval - with the winner facing the victor of the ACT Aces and Border Bullets fixture at Phillip Oval.
