Hosts Bond University will be looking for redemption after narrowly avoiding a 10th-place finish in round one. Meanwhile round one champions, the University of Queensland will look to extend their lead as they seek out a second Uni Sevens Series victory.
The chasing pack will have plenty to prove this weekend, with vital competition points up for the taking.
Ulladulla's Lily Murdoch, Cambewarra's Aroha Spillane and their University side are in Pool B alongside University of Technology Sydney, University of Sydney (featuring Jamberoo's Lauren Murty), University of Melbourne and University of Western Australia, while Pool A features University of Queensland, Griffith University, University of Adelaide, University of New England (including Rhiannon Byers) and Bond University.

Saturday, September 28
Round one: University of Queensland vs University of Adelaide (9am), Bond University vs Griffith University (9:20am), UTS vs University of Canberra (9:40am) and University of Melbourne vs University of Sydney (10am).
Round two: University of Queensland vs Bond University (11am), Griffith University vs UNE (11:20am), University of Canberra vs University of Sydney (11:40am) and UTS vs University of Western Australia (12pm).
Round three: University of Adelaide vs UNE (1pm), Griffith University vs University of Queensland (1:20pm), University of Sydney vs University of Western Australia (1:40pm) and University of Canberra vs University of Melbourne (2pm).
Round four: University of Adelaide vs Bond University (3pm), University of Queensland vs UNE (3:20pm), University of Western Australia vs University of Melbourne (3:40pm) and University of Sydney vs UTS (4pm).
Sunday, September 29
Round five: UNE vs Bond University (9am), Griffith University vs University of Adelaide (9:20am), University of Melbourne vs UTS (9:40am) and University of Western Australia vs University of Canberra (10am).
Semi-finals: Third Pool A vs fourth Pool B (11am), third Pool B vs fourth Pool A ( 11.20am), frist Pool A vs second Pool B (11.40am) and first Pool B vs first Pool A (12am).
Finals: Ninth/10th playoff (1pm), seventh/eighth playoff (1.25pm), fifth/sixth playoff (1.50pm), bronze medal match (2.15pm) and gold medal match (2.40pm).
The first match of under 19s Rugby Championship is also set to take place following the opening day's matches, making it a super weekend of pathways rugby at Bond University.
