At the Group Seven presentation evening, held at the Kiama Leagues Club, the Gorillas lock held off Kiama duo Tom Angel and Cam Vazzoler as well as Jamberoo's Luke Asquith to take out the top first grade player award.
Burke was just one of two Gorillas take out a major award, with young half Sam Hooper claiming Bill James Under 18s Player of the Year prize.
The night also saw Mount Warrigal's Dylan Riggs, fresh off leading the Kooris to their third straight third grade premiership, named the winner Athol Noble Medal recipient.
In the women's competition, Nowra-Bomaderry's Kristine Falzon and Shellharbour's Tamieka Jarrett took out the Sharon Clarke WLT1 Player of the Year and WLT2 Player of the Year awards respectively.
Kiama prop Luke Chalker was named Group Seven Representative Player of the Year - with the Knights also winning the Club Championship Trophy (548 points).
Gerringong's front-row forward Alexander Weir was recognised for his breakout year with the Lions by taking out the Roy Stewart Rookie of the Year, with his team mate Matt Winchester claiming the Tim Jones Memorial Trophy (leading try-scorer in first grade) with 22 four-pointers in 2019.

The under 18s try-scorers award (Doreen and Len Holz Award) was shared between Gorillas' Callum Gromek and Lions' Cooper Roberts, who both crossed for 21 tries.
While Berry-Shoalhaven Heads' Billy Hayburn won the Stan Barrington Under 18 Top Point Scorer prize with 214 points (18 tries and 71 goals), as Kiama's premiership winning halfback Vazzoler took out the first grade Kevin Walsh Award (175 points - 13 tries and 61 goals).
Milton-Ulladulla's Caelum Elliot was presented as the Kevin Walsh Scholarship recipient, while Albion Park-Oak Flats' Daniela Puckerdige was announced as the winner of the Harold Alcock Award (contribution to local rugby league).

First grade grand final official William Drury was named Referee of the Year, as Shellharbour claimed the Leo O'Dwyer Trophy (most competition points in second round).
Kiama's Bradley Killmore won both the reserve grade leading try-scorer (sharing it with Park's Brock Harrison) with 12 as well as the leading point scorer (22 goals), with Sussex's Dale Hammond (22 tries) and Koori's Riggs (16 tries and 47 goals) taking out the third grade equivalents.
While in the WLT1, Kiama's Alana Glasson won both try-scorer and point scorer (210 points- 41 tries and 23 goals), with Warilla's Erin Blackwell (24 tries) and Shellharbour's Keiarna Rodwell (134 points - seven tries and 53 goals) claiming the WLT2 prizes.
