The scoring, in the eight tries to one thrashing at the Berry Showground, started after just five minutes when Cam Vazzoler put halves partner Dylan Morris into a gaping hole - before the latter hit centre Ethan Ford to score.
The Knights doubled their lead in the 13th minute, when a shift to the right resulted to Matt Morris scoring in the corner - as Mat Clarke's men led 8-nil, after Vazzoler missed both sideline conversions.
Six minutes later, the hosts responded when a Josh Ingold grubber was missed by Matt Morris, allowing Joel Webeck to ground the ball with ease.
Five-eighth Ingold added the extras and the Knights led was just two.
That was as close as the hosts got, as the Knights had their third in the 32nd minute when sharp play from Vazzoler and Tasman Gilmore sent Tom Atkins over.
Vazzoler landed his first kick of the afternoon and it was 14-6 - which is how it remained until the break.
Eleven minutes after the resumption, Kiama were in again - this time skipper Kieran Poole put Gilmore in next to the sticks.
Vazzoler's boot then stretched the lead to 14.
The game opened after this try, as Kiama asserted their authority, starting with a try to Jay Delaney.
A slick move down the left touchline by Dylan Morris and Ford put Delaney into space, before the winger ran the ball around to behind the posts - helping Vazzoler make it 26-6.
Next up to score was Vazzoler, who stepped his way through the line with ease in the 70th minute, before converting his own four-pointer.
In the final seven minutes, Poole and Vazzoler crossed, to make it 44-6 at full-time.
The Knights will now host Warilla-Lake South in the elimination final at Kiama on Sunday.
