A number of local groups and organisations have contributed towards the kits which include a booklet containing personal letters from the principal and both year advisors along with some study techniques and useful apps and phone numbers for any student needing wellbeing support.
There is also a section on self-care, with strategies for coping with stress and anxiety, some positive affirmations.
There are also a few word searches and colouring sheets for the much needed 'down time' when revision can become all-consuming.
Also included in the pack are some stationery items, lollies, tea, a handball (the school sport), a stress ball, and some bubbles to blow as a temporary calming distraction from their studies.
All year 12 were wished the best of luck in their upcoming exams which start late September.
