The 12-year-old opened his weekend's racing with a third place in the 9-12 years 85cc category, in a time of 12:44.761 - less than 10 seconds behind winner Kayd Kingsford.
The St Michael's Catholic Primary School student then backed it up less than three hours later to win race two, in a time of 12:48.085.
Hantis wrapped up the state title a couple of hours later, with another top spot finish in race three, this time clocking a 10:39.474.
"Overall, I think I raced really well," Hantis said.
"Practice went great being, the second fastest qualifier - which set me up for a strong meet.
"After finishing third in the first race, I stepped it up a notch to win the next two races - something I knew I need to do if I wanted to be crowned state champion.
"The last race at the King of MX was very exciting but also stressful,
"It hadn't rained all day then started raining when we were on the start line
"I knew I had to win the race, so I just focused and concentrated on my own race and was able to come away with the win.
"This result proves all the hard work is paying off."

Hantis (100 points) claimed the title by one point, from Kingsord, with Kye Woods finishing in third spot on 88 points.
"This result is definitely one of my career highlights," he said.
"But my main goal is to take out the Australian title in October 4."
Before he heads to South Australia for the Australian Championships, Hantis has his eyes firmly fixed on a number of upcoming events.
"Next up I have round four of the East Coast MX series in Dubbo, where I'll look to build on from this result at Nowra."
