The event is over 50 kilometres and is on the testing Greenhills course that takes in the Wombeyan Caves Road, Berrima and Ben Dooley Hill. Two laps of the course lead to the race finish at the top of Ben Dooley Hill.
The NVC entrants include Aaron Coghlan, Jade Colligan, Nick Johns, Danny Hennessy, Ben Wallis, Michael Berriman, Richard Vitiello, Jason Spence, Gavin Nethery, Tony Kuipers, Colin Hunt, Adrian McMillan, John Cullity and Jose Pereira.
A strong performance from Berriman in last year's Southern Highlands Interclub race saw him finish the interclub series in second position, missing the overall win by just two points. Michael has prepared well for this year's interclub series.
Racing will continue for the Nowra Velo Club on Sunday morning with an individual time trial on the Braidwood Road short course.
This event will start from Wugan Street in the Albatross Aviation Tech Park at 8.30am with riders leaving the starter at one minute intervals.
Levi Johns will be the number one seed for this event as he is the Nowra Velo Club's current individual time trial champion.
With no local racing for the Nowra Velo Club on the Queen's Birthday weekend, Aaron Coghlan and Jade Colligan lined up in the Canberra Cycle Club's Iron Mike road race on Saturday over 100 kilometres.
Coghlan recorded a fourth place finish while Colligan punctured with seven kilometres remaining while in the lead group.
