Hatch's side, which will battle teams from Illawarra and Group Six, is headlined by Jamberoo sextet Brooke Smith, Carly Ryan, Georgia Thomas, Kaela Thomas, Aimee Barnard and Chelsea Tout.
Joining these six in the 15-player squad are Kiama's Alana Glasson, Tyler Finn, Talia Atfield, Kristi Pan and Kathryn Pearce, Stingrays' Bronte Girdler and Teagan Berry, Nowra-Bomaderry's Jessica Ward and Albion Park-Oak Flats' Brittany Constable.
Joining Hatch on the staff are Russell Colgate, Kat Fox and John Barnard.
The 20-minute games will be played at Berkeley on Friday, June 21 from 6.30pm.
Running alongside these open women's matches will be an under 16s competition, which will involve Aaron Lucas' Group Seven side.
His side features Stingrays Green's Macey Lee, Kayla Capocchiano, Lilli O'Dea, Lily Eggleton and Mackenzie Lear, Stingrays Gold's Ella Headrick, Dakota Mason and Bindi O'Hara, Milton Red's Jordyn Afflick, Taylah Afflick and Lily Rogan, Stingrays White's Mia Barton and Tayleah Handcock, Gerringong's Alysha Yates and Albion Park-Oak Flats' Madison Mikanovic.
Lucas' side will also play a round robin format competition against teams from both Illawarra and Group Six.
Following both competitions, two Greater Southern Region sides will be picked to compete at the country championships to be played at Yass' Walker Park on July 20 - with matches against Monaro, Bidgee and Western.
If Greater Southern Region win through that day, they will face the winner of the northern pool, which includes teams from Central Coast/Newcastle, North Coast, Northern Rivers and Greater Northern that will play at Glen Innes' Meade Park, in the grand final on July 27 - with the venue still to be determined.
