Their many hours of rehearsals were evident recently as the musical's production team gathered for the first full dress rehearsal.
Students, staff and volunteers gathered for a whole day to pull together the sets, orchestra, choreography and magic.
It was a massive effort to coordinate the logistics of a production of this scale with over 160 students on the stage and many more in the orchestra.
Over 200 amazing costumes have been borrowed or created by a team of dedicated volunteers.
The students will be doing four performances from Friday, May 31 to Sunday, June 2 and tickets are on sale via Shoalhaven Entertainment Centre website.
Co-directors Jane McIntosh and Laura Turner said they aimed for a musical that explored a more serious theatrical experience for their students - one that would allow them to demonstrate their maturity and sophistication to our audiences.
This musical is filled with exciting and complex character dimensions, unexpected plot tensions and magical delights.
College principal Lorrae Sampson said the students had much to gain.
"I am passionate about the performing arts and it's valuable place in a learning community," Mrs Sampson said.
"I have watched the students in this production become truly involved and immersed in a learning experience.
"They have collaborated, created and become more confident.
"From this rich experience, they will take away far more than the opportunity to perform on a stage. They have built relationships, tested themselves, been resourceful and reflective.
"I am immensely proud of all our students."
It's a show not to be missed.
