An Orient Point man who pleaded guilty to high range drink driving has been fined $500 and disqualified from driving for 12 months.
Court papers said Shayne Steven Beales was stopped by police in Haigh Avenue, Nowra around 11.15am on February 4 in a Toyota.
A roadside breath test produced a positive result and he later returned a reading of 0.187.
In Nowra Local Court Magistrate Gabriel Fleming fined him $500, disqualified him from driving for 12 months and ordered he have an interlock device fitted to his vehicle for two years.
