This year's program, available at shoalhaveneisteddfod.org.au, promises another year of high quality performance by young people of the Shoalhaven region and beyond.
The Eisteddfod begins on May 17 at the Shoalhaven Entertainment Centre with School Dance Troupes. Tickets are $10 for the session, children free.
On Sunday, May 19, the SEC is the venue for the Dance Troupes Section of this year's competition. Adults $14.50 per ticket, children 5-18 years, $5.
Schools' Choral and Schools' Verse Speaking will be held at the Nowra City Church, McMahons Road, North Nowra. Entry to these sessions and all sessions in the Nowra School of Arts is $5 per session and can be bought at the door.
Solo Dance, Vocals, Instrumental Sections and Speech and Drama will be held at the Nowra School of Arts.
The City of Shoalhaven Eisteddfod Committee is appreciative of all those sponsors and donors who make Eisteddfod prize-giving possible. Some sections carry substantial monetary awards that have greatly benefited local schools and individuals in furthering their performing arts skills.
The Eisteddfod end with the 'Stars of the Eisteddfod' Concert, showcasing some of the finest and entertaining Eisteddfod performances. It will be held on Saturday, June 22 at 2pm in the Shoalhaven Entertainment Centre.
