The school joined hundreds of others in an attempt to break the national record for a veggie "crunch and munch".
Organiser Ricki Phillis said last year, more than 500,000 students across the nation participated.
But it wasn't just about smashing records.
"It's all about making the kids aware of healthy eating habits and making it fun," she said.
"We've had donations from Coles and Woolies, lots of veggies have come in from students gardens and teachers gardens, and lots of donations from the community, which has been fabulous - it's been a big effort.
"Healthy Kids Association have donated us these awesome costumes for today, it's always great when teachers get dressed up.
"It's a lot of fun to bring the whole school together."
The excited squeals from children enjoying fruit and veggie snacks proved her right.
