The Tigers were sent in by rivals Berry-Shoalhaven Heads at the Bomaderry Sports Complex and got off to a strong start, thanks to Nick Kuncio (20) and Jaiden Moore (19).
But William Patterson (one) and Jackson Ingram (zero) then fell cheaply, largely due to a damaging spell by Max Carr-McCarron.
These dismissals brought Robert Mirabito to the crease, who went on to score an incredible 180 not out, as the Tigers posted 341 from their 90.4 overs.
Carr-McCarron (5/34) kept Berry in the match, while Ted Street picked up 2/26.
In reply, Stewart Higgins played a lone hand for the Magpies, scoring 107 not out of their final total of 152.
Mirabito capped off his man of the match performance, by claiming 4/25 with the ball, as Mitch Downey (2/18) and Craig Ingram (2/34) both finished with two scalps each.
