The matches on the day will start with the four men's teams; Nowra-Albatross, Kiama, Shellharbour and Dapto, going head-to-head in a round robin competition from 9am.
At the conclusion of the six men's games, which feature 15 minute halves, the women's side of the draw will commence from 1.30pm.
In the women's competition, there are five teams taking part - with all sides playing two games.
Of particular note, reigning women's premiers Bomaderry take on the Wollongong Saints at 1.30pm and Nowra-Albatross Vikings at 3pm - with the Kiama Power and Shellharbour Suns also have women's teams competing in the carnival.
