His first bronze medal came in the surf race, finishing behind Terrigal's Hayden Smith and Shelley Beach's Matthew Zalbergs.
He followed this up with a third place finish in the tube rescue, where he was again edged out by Zalbergs and Smith.
The final medal came in the 2km beach run, where he crossed the line behind Bronte's Timothy Jeffrey and Dee Why's Steve Richards.
Poland just missed out on a fourth bronze medal in the irionman, losing to Smith, Wanda's Joel Bolewski and Redhead's Brendon Ross.
While former Nowra-Culburra product Holly Abbey, who now competes with Coogee, finished fourth in the under 17 women's flags, before backing it up in the under 17 mixed and women's beach relays - which came second and third respectively.
