About 100 motorbike riders will take part, in perfect conditions.
The riders all share a passion for bikes, and the desire to raise funds for a cause close to their hearts.
"There are so many people here from all walks of life, with one thing in common, we all love riding bikes," organiser Owen Wilson said.
"Even though we all get tarred with the same brush from a minority of people we’re all mates, we share the same passion, we love to ride, and what better way to raise money for the NSW Cancer Council.
"Cancer doesn’t choose anyone, it’s an absolute bastard, it can get anyone.
"I have a few family members who have unfortunately passed [away]. Even last year I had a mate in his early 30s, he loved bikes, he got cancer, he’s no longer with us.
"Every dollar we can raise to eliminate this and help fathers, daughters, sons from losing their family members, it’s a cause worth fighting for."
Sean from Kanahooka is taking part in the ride with his son, Floyd.
He's on board because he enjoys riding around with "like-minded folk" and hopes the rally helps to destigmatise bikies.
"At the moment everyone’s treated like a criminal because of who their friends are or what they wear, but people should be treated on their actions," Sean said.
"I’ve been in a club for 27 years, I still have no criminal record, yet I'm still treated like a criminal."
The group aims to arrive at their final pitstop, the North Nowra Tavern, at 3.15pm.
If you would like to support the cause, join them at the Tav, or visit their event page via Facebook.
