At Zealand Oval, Norths sent Berry to the crease first, with the hosts posting a competitive total of 99, from their 28.1 overs.
Simon Rudd (29), Joshua Weakley (25 not out) and Anne Botswain (21) were the only three Berry batsmen to reach double figures, as Frank Neri (4/6) and Mark Kemsley (4/36) both took four wickets for Norths.
The final two wickets were taken by Hayden Batson (2/10).
In reply, Norths reached 4/100 at stumps, thanks to 32 from Michael Davey – with Ted Street taking 3/8 and Nathan Keevers-Lawrence taking 2/13 for the Magpies.
The other two fourth grade matches saw Batemans Bay forfeit against Shoalhaven Ex-Servicemens at Lyrebird Park and Ulladulla United forfeit against Bomaderry at West Ulladulla Sports Ground.
