Court papers said Therese Maree Royston, 40, crashed her Holden Commodore into a centre barrier at the corner of Kalandar Street and the Princes Highway Nowra around 9.20pm on September 11.
Police said the vehicle had left the scene when they arrived at the accident location.
After patrolling the area, officers allegedly found the vehicle on its side in the front yard of a property at Hillcrest Avenue, having rolled after colliding with a wooden fence.
Officers allegedly found Royston lying beside the vehicle.
Nowra Local Court heard she returned a positive breath test and later a breath reading of 0.204, allegedly telling officers she had consumed two glasses of wine.
She will be sentenced on January 14.
