The Shoalhaven Entertainment Centre has launched its fourth curated season for 2019, entitled ‘Find Your Song’ it’s set to feature a spectacular line-up of local, national and international entertainment for all ages.

Packed full of surprises, the year long program includes an exciting variety of arts and culture with season highlights including hilarious Damian Callinan in The Wine Bluffs, the magical voice of Catherine Alcon in The Divine Miss Bette, high stakes WWII thriller Diplomacy, much loved children’s book Possum Magic, the Sydney Symphony Orchestra and more.
Centre manager Karen Patterson said the 2019 season was full of rich stories, powerful songs, and lots of laughter.
“Some of our 2019 shows evoke memories, some respond boldly to the here and now, others call us to a happier future,” she said.
“Each and every one of them is outstanding.”
Since launching in July 2008, the Shoalhaven Entertainment Centre has hosted more than 1600 events including iconic Australian artists Jon English, Guy Sebastian, Lee Kernaghan, Jimmy Barnes, The Whitlams and Mental as Anything.
International greats who have performed at the Centre include Josh Pyke, Suzi Quatro, Leo Sayer and Bonnie Tyler, all providing frequent opportunities for members of the community to actively participate and engage with artists and the arts.
Shoalhaven City Council mayor Amanda Findley said she was excited for the season to begin.
“What I love most about the Shoalhaven Entertainment Centre is how it brings people together – encouraging them to laugh, sing, dance, connect, and celebrate,” she said.
