The announcement will be made on Saturday, November 24 at a presentation dinner to be held at the Nowra Golf Club, where 100 guests will be in attendance to support the Showgirl entrants.
The showgirl competition has been run since 1962 as part of The Land Sydney Royal Showgirl competition.
Over the past six years, 38 young women from across the Shoalhaven have entered the annual competition.
The 2019 Nowra Showgirl will progress to the Zone Final, to be hosted by the Nowra Show Society on 23rd February 2019.
Two winners will be selected from the Zone Final to attend The Sydney Royal Easter Show for a week long, all-expenses paid opportunity courtesy of the Royal Agricultural Society of NSW.
Next year's Zone Final will see more than 200 guests visit the Shoalhaven for the weekend to support the showgirls representing their home Show Society.
