Shoalhaven Bicycle User Group rides this week include Thursday’s midweek mountain bike ride to Parma Creek Nature Reserve, 35km return. The ride will start at 8am from the United service station on the Princes Highway, south of Falls Creek and the Tomerong exit (the Old Log Cabin), and will be using bush tracks and gravel roads. There are a few creek crossings along the way. Bring snacks water and sunscreen. Suitable for experienced cyclists. Contact: Rod 0428 211 487.

Sunday’s ride is St Georges Basin to Basin View and return, 38km. The ride will start at 9am from Palm Beach Reserve, Greville Avenue, Sanctuary Point. Riding from Palm Beach along the shore of St Georges Basin and Basin View to the Corramy State Recreation Area. Coffee will be at Mels Café Island Point Road. Contact: Peter 0419 418 022.
