In the under 7s Kangaroos and Joeys, the awards went to Mason Daly and Riley Lucas (best and fairest), Marie Chatfield and Jazz McLeod (most consistent), Jarrakai and Logan Robinson (coaches award), Scott Reay and Caleb Guyatt (Warrior spirit) and Korbhin Harvey and Walter Coulthart (most improved).
Ty Stewart was named the under 8s best and fairest and other award recipients in his team were Tristan Reay (most consistent), Noah Dyball (coaches award), Ben Daly (Warrior spirit) and Aidan Cottel (most improved).
In the under 9s, the awards went to Jordan Hunt (best and fairest), Preston Cowan (most consistent), Corey Ganderton (coaches award), Tyla Burton (Warrior spirit) and Rory Simpson (most improved).
While in the under 11s, Drai Cowan took out the best and fairest award, while Dylan Davis-Stewart (most consistent), Riley Doyle (coaches award), Nate Stewart (Warrior spirit) and Dylan George (most improved) also were acknowledged.
Bailey Soper helped the under 12s claim back-to-back premierships, by claiming the best and fairest award, being joined by team mates Paul Little (most consistent), Ryan Walker (coaches award), Michael Browne (Warrior spirit) and Lachlan Birchall (most improved) in the award recipients.
In the under 13s, the awards went to Isaiah Wellington (best and fairest), Bailey Vanderhooven (most consistent), Shaun Wellington-Burton (coaches award), Jordan Searle and Nicholas Reeves (Warrior spirit) and Liam Field and Mason Greenhill (most improved).
Finally, the under 16s awards went to Brayden Bennett (best and fairest), Dylan Kirwin (most consistent), Zac Kennwell (coaches award), Thomas Conroy (Warrior spirit) and Ethan Havadjia (most improved).
On top of that, the club handed out a number of awards to Thomas Conroy (presidents choice), Elijah Guyatt (Grant Morris memorial trophy), under 11s (most improved team), Kerrie Regan (Warrior of the year), Jymeal McLeod (mods most tries), Bailey Soper (best defence), Chase Mumberson (player’s player), Tyson Brown (international most tries), Will Daly (best defence) and Brayden Bennet (player’s player) – while Isaiah Wellington received a 100-game award.
The club thanks its Warriors committee, team coaches and managers for their hard work during the season.
Their AGM is on Sunday, October 14 at 10.30am in the Jack Elliott room at the Shoalhaven Ex-Servicemens Club, Worrigee.
All positions will be declared vacant and they welcome new ideas and committee members for the 2019 season.
