There’s just over a week left to catch the expertise of local artisans in Creative Moments, a joint exhibition of the Shoalhaven Woodcraft Society, Nowra Spinners and Weavers and the Shoalhaven Potters at Shoalhaven Regional Gallery. You can also see the work of acclaimed artist Lucy Culliton in Caution Wet Paint, a celebration of her Bibbenluke property, its loveable animal inhabitants and quirky contents. These shows close Saturday, October 6 at 2pm.
Creative children aged three to 12, can take part in school holiday workshops on October 4 and 5. From fields of flowers to flocks of sheep, all materials are provided to make a unique masterpiece to take home.
From October 13 to December 1, Vicki Varvaressos, a renowned Sydney based painter has Painting in the Same Language, a different vocabulary on exhibition.

Alongside this exhibition is a mix of community artists on display until November 3: Mary Preece’s sculptural basketry works in Arabesque, Barbara Dawson and Shena Hayden explore environment through plant printing, drawing, collage and paint in The Elements of Place, and Meagan Jacobs’ abstracted landscapes inspired by the Australian desert, bush and coast in Shadow Place.
