The league leading Bomaderry women’s side proved too classy for the Kiama Power, winning 6.4-40 to 1.2-8, behind two goals from Bridget Kellett.
Prior to the women’s game at Bonaira Oval, the Tigers division two men’s side edged out the Power 11.33-79 to 7.4-46, to start the new part of the season on a positive note.
In the win, Jordan Matthews kicked three goals, while Blake Munilla and Terry Kager slotted two.
Finally, at Fred Finch Park, the division three Tigers smashed Dapto 10.10-70 to 4.9-33, thanks to six goals from Christian Mills.
Crosstown rivals Nowra-Albatross suffered two losses to the Bulldogs at Tom Smith Oval – with the men going down 8.3-51 to 4.7-31 in division two, while the women lost 7.15-57 to 1.2-8.
