The Shoals Rugby Club is celebrating its 50th Anniversary of participating in the Illawarra District Rugby Union Competition. It has been a long journey to this point with many memorable moments both on and off the field. Thousands of young and not so young people have enjoyed being a part of the club through playing, supporting and administrating. Success and failure in the competitions have been met with equal measure as the simple joy of playing rugby is enough of a reason to run out onto the field.
