Graeme McGilvray, 30, had been found guilty in his absence of possessing a prescribed substance.
McGilvray was granted an annulment to the charges in Nowra Local Court and they were then withdrawn and dismissed.
Court papers said police allegedly found a quantity of anabolic steroids at his Sanctuary Point home during firearm prohibition order search.
Police allegedly found a number of vials of steroids, peptides, growth hormones and adrenaline in the kitchen area.
After hearing evidence, Magistrate Michael Barko dismissed the charges.
