The event was held at the Nowra Aquatic Centre and all the swimmers were keen to do well.
Swimmers from the rival sports houses - Bass, Hume, Oxley and Sturt - were all keen to rack up points and out cheer each other.
Most of the races were close and many fast times were recorded on the day.
The swimmers who qualified will now take part in the upcoming Shoalhaven zone carnival.
Produce a good effort at the zone carnival and the local swimmers could well be on their way up to Homebush for the state titles.
The Nowra High students, as normal, got the chance to have some fun and many colourful costumes were on display.
