Held at South West Rocks, from February 3-4, Poland secured gold in the 30-39 years ironman and 30-39 years board, while securing silver in the 30-39 years surf race, 30-39 years tube rescue, 30-39 years beach sprint and 30-39 years flags and bronze in the open surf race.
His other results include open ironman (fourth), open 2km beach run (fourth), 30-39 years ski race (fifth) and open board race (sixth).
Other club results include Peter Hill (first open board and 60-69 years long board, silver in 60-69 years short board and third in both the 60+ surf race and 60+ tube rescue), Fergus Coughlan (first in both u8s sprint and flags and bronze in wade), Caleb Cook (first in u13s 1km run), Leah Hill (second in both u17s 2km run and board and third in open board), Sophie De Wit (sixth u9s surf race), Claire Hill (fifth u11s board), Eva Lilly (sixth u14s sprint) and Anna Hill (first u13s board).
