Kiama MP Gareth Ward has weighed in on a Shoalhaven City Council matter – Bomaderry’s 50m pool, which is set to be axed.

He has invited councillors to meet with community members, and explain their stance at Bomaderry RSL on February 21 at 7pm.
“Council cannot expect the community to wear an increase in rates, and cut in services,” Mr Ward said.
“Bomaderry doesn't ask for much, I feel as a resident and ratepayer, the least councillors can do is attend, and speak on their position.
“Future growth is going to happen in the northern Shoalhaven area.
“How are we going to accommodate for that?”
